Did you know VoIP service providers are required to offer E911 to their end users? This is mandated by the FCC. Luckily for you, this week we began offering a special promotion featuring 65¢ E911 services on newly registered DIDs! This time-limited promotion will end on March 31, 2016, though the 65¢ special pricing will remain throughout the life of the DID.

New Wiki Article: Tech Prefix
We now have an option for you if you need to distinguish outbound calls that are sent to us from a single IP address. This new feature allows customers to send us a 4 to 6 digit numerical code that will relate their outbound calls to a corresponding endpoint group. It makes things a lot easier if you have multiple clients/end-users, and the customer is sending us traffic from one IP address. And we thank our Technical Support Representative, Tim Klein, for writing this helpful article!

DID Wizard

Have you checked out the DID Wizard? With a cleaner interface, it offers a streamlined process when ordering DIDs in multiple rate centers or tiers. It also features a faster checkout and automated ordering for your account which can be completed in just five steps. DIDs can now be configured in a systematic manner enabling features such as Caller ID, 411, E911, conference lines, fax-to-email, and more. The new Personal DID Inventory enables customers to purchase DIDs and store them as inactive until ready for use, and also includes an auto-fill feature ensuring that your personal DID storage is never depleted.
