Welcome back to your weekly VoIP Innovations Chat with Nat! I have a TON of great things to share with you today so let’s not waste any time and jump right in.
On Monday we had a huge feature release in our BackOffice called My Clients. If you’re a frequent user of our BackOffice, hopefully you’re already taking advantage our My DID Groups, My Endpoint Groups and My E911 Groups. These features are great by themselves, but My Clients is the feature that completes the circle. It allows for customization and aggregation of those three groups to make our customers lives easier. My Clients allows you to basically build your own database of information that’s available at your fingertips. We’ve written much more information about My Clients so if you’re interested please check out the original blog post, the Wiki article or the YouTube video.
This week we featured another great Guest Post on how to choose the perfect VoIP service provider. It was submitted by Parker Hansen who is a writer from the tech publishing company, Top Ten Reviews. He takes you back to the basics of what you should be looking for when trying to pick the best provider for your individual needs. You can check out his article here!
Also this week we released a few more little features in our VoIP Innovations BackOffice that are going to make a big difference to our customers. The first feature we added was the Bulk E911 tool. It’s a very simple tool that allows our customers to update their 911 numbers in bulk. Please note that this is only for VoIP Innovations DIDs. It will not work for Off-net 911 numbers. If you want to see a more in-depth explanation of this tool, please head to the Wiki article.
The second feature we added to our BackOffice was the ability to apply the same contact information for 411 numbers that is already attached to an E911 number. This is a handy feature that will save our customers time when setting up new 411 numbers.
The last bit of news I have for you is that we will now be offering our Wholesale and Private Label services to customers in Anchorage, Alaska! For more information on this please contact your sales representative or send an email to email@example.com.
Looking into next week we are expecting to put out some more great articles. We’ll have a white paper on E911 and its importance for our customers, a blog post about our Customized Rate Decks and Project Porting and we’ll also have a feature coming out about our Titanium Private Label BackOffice that we’re showcasing at ITEXPO.
As always, thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
