Happy Friday everyone! We've had a pretty good week here at VoIP Innovations. We made some updates and additions to our BackOffice, featured a Guest Post, secured some important things for the ITEXPO and we did all of this with the boss away for the week!
Let's first talk about the updated and additions we made to our BackOffice Endpoint Groups. We first updated our Endpoint Overview Dashboard by adding a new column that shows the exact number of DIDs that are in a specific Endpoint Group. The second addition to the Endpoint Group was the ability for VoIP Innovations customers to set Endpoint Channel Limitations. TMC did a write up on these new additions to our BackOffice, so don't forget to check that out.
Also this week we featured a great Guest Post on the importance of testing the quality of your VoIP system. The submission came from Matt Larson who is a tech blogger for VoIP Spear. Next week we'll have another Guest Post on the role that IP based communication plays in people management.
As you have probably been hearing about for the past few weeks, the ITEXPO is quickly approaching (it's the last week of August). We only have 38 more days until it's showtime and we can't wait to breakout all of the exciting things we've been preparing these last few weeks. Things are finally starting to get all squared away and then we'll be shipping them out to Las Vegas for the show. If you plan on attending, don't forget to stop and visit us at Booth #508! We'll be Those Guys in the Orange Ties. :)
Next week, as I mentioned, we'll have another Guest Blog, as well as a Q&A article on Project Porting. I'll be talking with Denise Breide, our Project Porting Specialist, who works everyday with customers trying to make their Project Ports go as smoothly as they can. I work alongside Denise everyday and I can she really goes the extra mile for her customers.
With that being said, it's time to wrap up this week's Chat with Nat and let everyone get on to their weekends. I know in Pittsburgh the heat has been brutal, so try and stay cool everyone!
