Happy Friday the 13th everyone! Are you part of the 20 million Americans who have some kind of fear or follow some kind of superstition about today? For us, the day is going to be carried on as usual as we help you with your Wholesale VoIP needs.

We launched and announced some pretty exciting things this week so let's get into it. On Monday we announced that resellers who use our Titanium Private Label (TPL) platform now have the option to use our wholesale pricing structure rather than a flat rate per line. Wholesale pricing allows resellers to pay based on what their end users actually use. It's great for resellers who are more advanced in the VoIP industry and want a better way to manage their C.O.G.S. (cost of goods sold).

On Tuesday we launched another new service for our Titanium Private Label VoIP resellers; customizable marketing websites. TPL was developed to be a complete turnkey solution for resellers interested in entering the BOOMING VoIP market. They basically get everything thing they need for to build their business, but one thing that they didn't have was a marketing site that they could use to attract end users. The solution we came up with was to give them their own site that they could customize and brand so end users had something to see and base their decisions on. I think it's an awesome feature and believe me, we're not stopping there.

On Wednesday we featured a Guest Post from Nick Nielson at WhichVoIP.com. Nick came to me with an infographic that was designed to help people make the right decision when choosing the best phone solution for their business. The infographic compares these 5 common business phone solutions with a focus on VoIP: Landlines, PBX, IP-PBX, and Hosted VoIP. Nick wanted readers to quickly see how their business needs matched up to those common phone solutions and his design was inspired by subway maps and food pairing charts.

VoIP Innovations UniversityOn Thursday we revealed what our plans are for VoIP Innovations University (VIU) and I've been dying to share all these details with everyone. VIU is going to be a customer only resource that will help them navigate and use our Wholesale VoIP BackOffice to its full potential and also educate them on things in the VoIP industry. They'll have access to training videos, Wiki articles, white papers, press releases and much more. We'll even be offering incentives for those who look at the information. And yes, we're developing ways to track this activity so that we can give our customers the rewards they deserve! Some of the reward ideas we've come up with so far are orange ties, VI Guy bobble heads, mini VI Guy cardboard cutouts, and other promotional items. We're even talking about offering account credits to customers who reach a certain VIU degrees. More details will be popping up in the next few weeks about this.

I next want to mention the Customized Rate Deck feature that we're working on for our Wholesale VoIP BackOffice and this is going to be a game changer for the industry. As of right now, our customers get a rate deck filled with different carriers. In our BackOffice they can see that list of carriers, but there's nothing they can do with it. With our new Customized Rate Decks, we're allowing customers to choose which carriers they want to be active or inactive. Right now we're only doing Beta testing with this, but the feedback we're getting has been great.

While we're talking about our BackOffice, have you set your CPNI Authorization Code yet? If you haven't, open your BackOffice account right now, drop down the Account tab and click Settings. Once you're there you can create your own Authorization Code. We are very strict when it comes to our BackOffice security so having this code set should be your priority. Let's say, for example, that you want to change the administrator email on your account. You call into our support center and ask if they can change it. They are not able to change anything in your account until you can provide them with that Authorization code. These are regulations that we follow to protect YOU.
