My Clients Feature is Officially Added to our BackOffice

Today we released a brand new feature to our VoIP Innovations wholesale VoIP BackOffice, Titanium III. It’s called My Clients and it allows customers to easily manage the data they need to operate their business on a daily basis in one, easy to use location.

If you’re a customer, you’re hopefully already using (and hopefully loving) the My DID Groups, My E911 Groups and My Endpoint Groups that we added to our BackOffice earlier this year. Well, My Clients is the tool that changes it all! It’s designed to combine and organize these three groups into separate Clients that offer our customers the vital metrics they need. If you choose not to take advantage of My Clients, then you’ll be missing out on a level of organization that is far beyond what our BackOffice used to offer. We designed this to make YOUR life easier by not having to click back-and-forth between groups to get different metrics. My Clients has it all in one spot!

If you’re ready to utilize My Clients, getting started is very easy. All you have to do is select which DID Group, Endpoint Group and E911 Group you want assigned to that specific Client. Wholesale VoIP My Clients

Now that you know how the simple set up goes, there’s a few things to keep in mind before you can officially set up a Client. You must have DID Groups, Endpoint Groups and E911 Groups already set up in your account to assign them to a Client. Once your groups are set up, keep in mind that you can only assign a group to one Client. That is there can be no overlapping groups in clients. After you have properly set up a Client, you now have the freedom to explore a wide range or metrics for DIDs, E911, Endpoints, Billing and Porting.
