Delivering a product based on poor strategy is how most businesses fail. As we discussed before, the Growth phase is crucial in developing a strategy for creating a product based on the wants and needs of your demographic. Once you have your strategy, it's up to your Delivery team to create the product that your Marketing and Sales team promised to your customers.
