Today we released an awesome new Private Label VoIP feature in our Titanium Private Label BackOffice! It’s a customizable end user sign up process that allows resellers to edit the services and descriptions displayed during an end user sign-up. There are three parts to this new feature: customizing which packages are displayed to the end user, editing the existing package descriptions and adding in extra services and charges within a package.
Today we released version 2.5 of our Titanium Private Label VoIP BackOffice (TPL). TPL 2.5 was mostly designed to include new audio features, but of course we had to add some other awesome features as well. Part of our preparation is making YOU aware of what we’re showcasing, which is our Titanium III Wholesale VoIP BackOffice and Titanium Private Label VoIP (TPL) BackOffice. You've already had the chance to read all about Titanium III and the things we’ve developed for it so far this year. Now it’s time to introduce you to TPL.
TPL was developed in 2012 and was designed to be a full turnkey solution for our Private Label Users. That meant that users had everything they needed to start selling VoIP services to end users. Before these recent updates TPL wasn’t considered to be in a beta stage and with the new upgrades we are considering TPL to be a fully baked product line. The site is now much more user friendly, has more robust reporting tools and has all the features needed to run a successful VoIP company.
We rolled out our impressive BackOffice, Titanium III, in 2011 and since then we’ve been doing nonstop updates on it. Each update we do is designed to make it more functional for our customers and from their feedback it seems to be working. The ITEXPO is quickly approaching and we will be showcasing Titanium III, as well as our new and improved Titanium Private Label (TPL) BackOffice (you can expect another blog post with TPL features next week). Since there have been so many updates to the BackOffice, it makes sense to do a rundown on what’s been added.
Let’s first give you a brief background on what it is that our BackOffice actually is. Titanium III is the unique BackOffice we offer to our customers. It was designed to provide them with aggregated, automated and innovative way to operate their business. Anyone can provide wholesale VoIP services, but very few can provide those services AND give customers the tools and metrics that they need to effectively and efficiently manage their accounts in one, easy to use BackOffice. With that being said, let’s get down to business and review the changes we’ve made since the start of this year.
Today we have officially launched the latest software update to our Titanium Private Label VoIP (TPL) platform. This platform offers our customers a complete turnkey solution for operating their own VoIP business and this is the kind of stuff that brings us to the next level. We've kept our customers (the VoIP resellers) in mind throughout our entire updated process. They now have an updated billing module, easier site navigation, additional reporting tools and a more robust Hosted PBX offering. Our resellers will also have the ability to provide Toll-free services to their end users. We had one goal when designing this new platform and that was to provide our resellers a more efficient way to run their business.
