Welcome to the penultimate Chat with Nat of the year and Happy Holidays! As we mentioned last week, Chat is coming to you a little bit earlier than usual as we know many of you are hustling, bustling, and trying to get out of the office quickly (or already have done so, lucky lucky). So before you go, let's get to a fast wrap-up of the past couple of days. Holiday Hours

christmasVIguy-1.pngHere are our holiday hours again. Our Porting and Support departments will be closed on Christmas and New Year's Day, but we'll have an on-call technician to respond to your emergencies through our ticketing system.

The Porting Department hours are as follows:
Christmas Eve: Thursday, December 24 – Normal Hours – 8 - 5:00 EST – (A possibility of leaving early, 3pm - 3:30 pm as business dictates) 
Christmas Day: Friday, December 25 – Closed 
New Year’s Eve: Thursday, December 31 – Normal Hours – 8 - 5:00 EST – (A possibility of leaving early, 3pm - 3:30 pm as business dictates)
New Year’s Day: Friday, January 1 – Closed 

The Support Department hours are as follows:
Christmas Eve: Thursday, December 24 – Normal Hours
Christmas Day: Friday, December 25 – Closed, but an on-call technician will respond to emergencies only via tickets.
New Year’s Eve: Thursday, December 31 – Normal Hours
New Year’s Day: Friday, January 1 – Closed, but an on-call technician will respond to emergencies only via tickets.

*Emergencies are if customer calls are failing due to a VoIP Innovations’ issue.
**Support also has the possibility of leaving early on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, as business dictates.

Make-A-Wish Presentation



The philanthropy that is near and dear to our hearts is Make-A-Wish. Along with our parent company ABG Capital, we were honored to present
Make-A-Wish Greater PA and WV a check for almost $14,000. This money, gathered through various fundraising efforts and employee donations throughout the year, is enough to grant the wishes of three kids! One of our local radio stations, Wish 99.7, filmed the check donation presentation and you can watch it here
