Happy Friday the 13th, everyone! It sure seems like there have been a lot of these lately, doesn't it? Pay no attention; we'll think positive thoughts and avoid breaking any mirrors, walking under ladders, and crossing any paths of black felines. Instead let's focus on recapping this week and the VoIP-related matters at hand! The sooner you get through this business day, the sooner you can go home, curl up with some popcorn and get spooked by a villain in a hockey mask. A Scary Good Time at ITW2016!

ITW is the world’s largest gathering for the global wholesale telecommunications community and its tradeshow just wrapped up this week. We were excited to be there involved in the industry on an international level and especially travel to the great city of Chicago. Of course we had to take in the view of Lake Michigan (not Camp Crystal Lake) and eat deep dish pizza, too. Thanks to all of you who stopped by our booth to chat with us and see demos of our BackOffice--and of course get massages and pick up some fun swag! Nick, Nat, Tim, and Corey enjoyed meeting you!

New! Customer Feedback System

wow_vi_guy-1.jpgToday marks the release of our new and improved Customer Feedback System! Your feedback always has and always will be important to us and this is why we believe we have made substantial improvements to the way we handle your requests moving forward. Here are some of the changes we made to the form: 

  1. A 7 business day turnaround to receive a response
  2. Email notifications upon status changes
  3. Ability to add notes to a pre-existing feature
  4. Ability to 'upvote' features in evaluation that have been submitted by other customers

Please note: Since the system has been revamped, any feature requests that were submitted prior to 4/1 have been closed, but you are more than welcome to resubmit them if necessary.

Our referral program is live! Once a customer spends $25, if they refer someone they get $25 in credit AND the person they referred gets $25, too. So make sure to run and tell your friends! Just don't run through the woods to get to them; that never ends well.

A Visit from Future Entrepreneurs 


Last Wednesday, we welcomed the students of the Canon-McMillan School District’s Entrepreneurship Program to our office. Twice a year, as part of our community outreach efforts, we welcome the class and their teachers to our office for an educational field trip. As pictured, President Jason Voorhees Tapolci and Marketing Communications Manager Natalie DeCario were two of the featured speakers. We hope the students had a fantastic day with us, as we are already looking forward to their next visit!
