Welcome to Chat with Nat! In this month full of gratitude, first we want to say how thankful we are that you spend a few minutes with us every Friday! We have a quick post for you today to round up this past week’s events. Let’s get to it. Here’s Chat with Nat: Giving Thanks + Talkin’ Turkey.
In Case You Missed It
Lately we’ve been chatting about E911. We continued with that theme in the post Increase Your Business Efficiency with These E911 Features. There we discussed managing alerts, reviewing reports, and assigning DIDs to Groups as they all relate to E911. Yesterday, we published part two in our blog series of creating a successful telecom business as it relates to support. You may remember that part one was all about provisioning. If you missed any of these posts, be sure to take a look at them now!
Free White Paper? Yes!
Did you get a chance to download our free white paper yet? Well, here you go! This white paper, written by our President Jason Tapolci, is yours for the taking. In How to Successfully Operate a Telecommunications Business, you’ll learn from someone who’s been in your shoes and knows how to run an efficient telecom business. Before you make any newbie mistakes, save yourself the trouble--take a look at this paper first.
Ready. Set. HUT! Today is ABG Capital’s annual Turkey Bowl! A few of us will join them in an action packed game of flag football later today for some team bonding and trash talking—during competitive company sports games you have to have a balance of both, right?! We’ll be sure to post a few pictures next week!
**As a reminder for our customers, we will absolutely have some of our support and porting staff and engineers remaining at the office to be sure no one drops the ball on taking care of you. If there are any fumbles to be had, we prefer to keep them on the field!**
