A True Gem
“I will forever be in her debt and I cannot truly express how grateful I am that she went above and beyond to help us when no one else could. You have a true Gem and I hope you let her know how amazing it is to have someone that makes your company look so good.”
The above excerpt is a lovely compliment that was received regarding Project Provisioning Specialist Denise Breide. Last week, Denise went exceedingly above and beyond to assist a customer who was having an emergency with another provider. The customer was highly impressed with Denise for handling his emergency efficiently, staying late for more than two hours, all the while simultaneously handing another situation which she had been tending to prior to his call. In his words, Denise “pulled off one of the most amazing emergency ports I have ever witnessed.” He is safely still in business and Denise continues to serves as a model VI team member! Way to go!
Employee of the Month
It’s time again to announce our Employee of the Month. Receiving the honors for February 2015, is Tyler Weimerskirch, Provisioning Representative! And by the way, we’re not behind, haha. We always announce the EotM at our month-end company meetings. This way, the associate goes through the whole month earning the distinction before he or she is selected. See? Makes total sense!
