Happy Friday! Can you believe how quickly July came and went? It seemed like only days ago we were preparing to enjoy Independence Day and send you off to celebrate Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of VoIPiness. As we get ready to close out another month, we're taking a look back at the past week of posts, updates, personnel changes, meetings, and a gift which surely made it seem like it was Christmas in July! Let's get to it--here is Chat with Nat: Gratitude, Goals + Gamers.
In Case You Missed It
We delivered two info-packed posts to your inboxes this week. You should have seen them come through, unless you don’t subscribe to our blog--which you should absolutely do at the end of this post!
The first article, titled, “Four Fool-Proof Ways to Handle Account Flexibility,” was published on Wednesday. In it, we listed four ways the flexibility of your VoIP billing system can cause you to have less headaches.
Yesterday, our intern Lea gave you the inside scoop on “Your VoIP Billing System: Secrets to Scalability and Integration." These two key items are crucial to the success of your system, so in case you missed this post, or the other, check it out!
We are excited to announce the promotion of Jessica Brown! She will now manage and lead our team of Account Managers. Jessica's expertise, relentless pursuit of growth, and can-do attitude reflect well upon her and our whole company. Congratulations, Jessica--we're so thankful for all you do!
The Rate Simulator Is Ready!
In last week’s Chat with Nat, we mentioned how the Rate Simulator would soon be added to our BackOffice. Now it’s up and running and has been officially released. This new feature allows our customers to upload their existing CDRs for analysis, which will be compared against our termination rate decks. After the customers' CDRs are processed and the rates are calculated, a VI Sales representative will then contact the customer to discuss how much money we could potentially save them by using our termination service. And like we said last week, saving money is always a good thing!
This past Tuesday, Jeff Tapolci, Jason Tapolci, Ron Eggert, Dan Ravenstahl, Adam Scott, John Nemcek, and Santo Laquatra, gathered for a quarterly ABG Capital Board Meeting. Our company presidents presented to the board a “State of the Union” address so to speak, discussing such matters as challenges, industry news, a review of business, and goals for the future.
As if break time could even get more fun around here, we now have a new addition to the game room--an arcade machine! You can imagine that in this tech company, there are a bunch of gamers (obviously!), so it's quite popular already. Yes, we get to play, but it's for a good cause--the proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish. So we’re getting our quarters ready! We thank you for joining us this week to see what was happening around VoIP Innovations! We'll see you back here next Friday. Before you go, be sure to click the orange button below so you don't miss the posts coming your way in the week ahead!
