Happy Friday and greetings to all of you! I must first say that this title is slightly misleading as it’s not a Chat with Nat; it’s a Cherie Gets Social! But I had to at least capture your attention before you clicked away to look for Miss Natalie. Don’t worry--she’s still here, busy as ever, managing our marketing communications.


Natalie did introduce me last week, but in case you missed it, I’m Cherie, the new Communications Specialist for our parent company ABG Capital. You can still look forward to the weekly happenings at VoIP Innovations and the VoIP industry as you did before, but now I’ll be delivering it to you.

I’m all about social media (and well, it’s my career) and interacting with you, so don’t be shy. Feel free to comment on the posts and get social with me through our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google+. I’m excited to hear from all of you out there!

Miami Vice VoIP

2015 is fast-approaching which means we are gearing up for the exciting ITEXPO Tradeshow in Miami this January. There, we'll be announcing our traffic analysis service and next week we will be featuring a post all about it! Also, soon we'll have free VIP passes available to our customers which they can find in their BackOffice. Be sure to stop by Booth #606 to see us!

    • Christmas Eve – Closed after 12pm

    • New Year’s Eve – Closed after 1
    • New Year’s Day – Closed
  • Porting:
    • Christmas Eve: Closing at 4 p.m. EST
    • Christmas Day: Closed
    • New Year’s Day: Closed
  • Support:
    • Christmas Eve: Normal Hours
    • Christmas Day: Closed, but responding to emergencies only via tickets
    • New Year’s Day: Closed, but responding to emergencies only via tickets

*Emergencies are if customer calls are failing due to a VI issue

Around the office...

We celebrated the birthdays of Dave S. 12/7, Matt C. 12/9, and Erica P. today, 12/12!! Happy Birthday to you!!

Though definitely celebrated in-house, but just now on the blog, we congratulate Jessica Y. on joining the Project Team. Jessica is transitioning from GlobalPOPs, a sister portfolio company, to working with us solely. On her new role, Jessica said, "I've been learning new things, enjoying both the transition and working with a new team." Yes, this all happened in October, but we're happy to announce it now. Still counts and congratulations!

Around here we believe in working hard and playing hard. So, on the side of playing hard, we've created some "motivational" memes for those times when we just need a good laugh. This is one of our favorites.

That just about does it for my first blog for you lovely people! I hope you learned something new today and chuckled one time--or at least smiled. Smiling is good. I'll see you right back here next week!
