VoIP Fraud…Lurking

Do you remember when we released our Fraud Detection Service back in June? A.) We hope you’re nodding your head yes, B.) If not, you must protect yourself and check it out right now. Actually, check it out once you’ve finished reading this post. But check it out nonetheless. Using our Fraud Detection is smart and simply the way to go to put your mind at easy about your business. It’s still on the news just about every day…someone going into near bankruptcy attempting to save his business from the damage a VoIP fraudster was able to successfully commit. Don’t let that be you.

Employee Appreciation

Our parent company ABG Capital had its Monthly Meeting last Friday and a couple of our VI team members received mentions!

Dustin Campbell, Technical Support Engineer, received Employee of the Month.

Mike Dichazi, Technical Support Representative, received an Honorable Mention for Employee of the Month.

Trichelle Barish, former Porting Coordinator, was promoted to Porting Supervisor.

John Livingston, Technical Support Representative, received his 5 Years of Service Award.

Congratulations to everyone!

Lunch & Learn, Dan’s Turn

Lunch_with_Leadership_I_ABG_Capital_Dan_McFarland_Content_SpecialistDan McFarland, our new Content Specialist, had his Lunch with Leadership (ABG Capital President Jeff Tapolci, left, and President Jason Tapolci, right) at the Rivers Club yesterday. Congratulations on a fabulous first month with us, Dan!

Run? Oh We Thought You Said Rum

Nope, we said ‘run.’ This afternoon will be our second ABG Capital 5k Walk/Run. We had our very first 5k back in June and it was hot as hot could be. This should be a chilled down version! We’re heading down to Montour Trail again to walk or run the 3.1 miles, bond, and get sweaty. In our next Chat, we’ll post a few pictures.

**As a side note for our customers, not all of us will be at the 5k. We'll of course have some of our support and porting staff and engineers remaining here to make sure we keep things RUNNING smoothly for you!** Yes, we used that pun last time, but it still applies. We’re sure you’ll see it again, too.

And so concludes another weekly wrap up of the VI happenings. We'll see you right back here next Friday. Make sure to click the orange button below so you don't miss the posts that will be coming your way this week!
