Traffic Release/Fraud Detection
We have a game changer coming your way on Monday. Are you ready for this? You already know that one of the most common problems for VoIP providers is the issue of VoIP fraud. We’ve already written several posts about that.
Now, to help you deal with this all too common threat, we have developed a Fraud Detection tool that analyzes your traffic patterns and alerts you when something is out of the ordinary. Our software continually runs an algorithm which processes and analyzes CDRs in near real-time looking for traffic pattern anomalies. When an anomaly is detected, an alert is sent via email and/ or text message, giving our customers the ability to minimize the financial damage they incur. See? GAME CHANGER. Get ready for this to roll out on Monday!
Remember when we used to dial 1-800 numbers and they actually began with 1-800? Nowadays, there are 1-877, 1-866, 1-844, etc. That can get you all mixed up! We just wanted to let you know that we have those alluring original toll-free 800 numbers available for you. They are quite popular, but we still have some available so contact us now before they’re all gone!!

Toll Free News
VoIP Innovations has some really exciting news! We have negotiated a deal to bring Verizon into our toll free offering and are currently working to set up routing for all toll free numbers on the VoIP Innovations platform to route over both Level 3 and Verizon. Not only does this provide additional carrier-level redundancy, but it gives our customers the peace of mind they need for such a mission critical service offering.
Just to let you know, those guys in orange ties will be at the ITW Tradeshow later this month. Look around and you just may see us!
