Greetings and salutations, everyone! February is flying by fast, isn't it? Even though this is the shortest month, we've been making sure to pack a lot of productivity into it--such as orchestrating some new promotions for you. One, we can tell you about in this post, and the others we will let that suspense build...You'll love them; that's all we can say for now. So it's time to jump to it; here's Chat with Nat: New 65¢ E911 Promo and More!

In Case You Missed It

New Promo
This week we brought you three valuable and insightful posts! The first was Need E911? Register E911 Service for $0.65 for a Limited Time! We cover the details about it in the next section, so scroll ahead if you're itching to learn about it now!

Talking with Tapolci

In this week's episode, Jason talked about setting 3-year, 1-year, and quarterly goals for your business in How to Set Your Company Goals and Priorities. To get your company's priorities set, take a look at that post today.

Brandable Portal
There's a saying that goes something like, "Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he can eat for a lifetime." What Empower End Users with a Brandable Portal is all about goes along with that same idea. If you do the all the work for your end users, they won't be able to be self-sufficient and do things on their own. But with our Brandable Portal, the control is in their hands (and there's less work for you). Get it? Empower them! In case you missed this, or any of our posts this week, be sure to check them out.

Register E911 Services for 65¢?! Yes!
Did you know VoIP service providers are required to offer E911 to their end users? This is mandated by the FCC. Luckily for you, this week we began offering a special promotion featuring 65¢ E911 services on newly registered DIDs! This time-limited promotion will end on March 31, 2016, though the 65¢ special pricing will remain throughout the life of the DID.

We can assist you with provisioning E911, setting up alerts, registering numbers, using E911 in the BackOffice, handling rogue E911 charges, and more! So take advantage of this offer before it's gone!

Did You Read the New eBook, Yet?

As we mentioned last week, our latest eBook, How to Build an Industry Dominating Strategy is available for your reading pleasure. But just in case you prefer to listen to your books as opposed to reading them, click here to have access to the audio eBook AND the print version.

New Wiki Article: Tech Prefix
We now have an option for you if you need to distinguish outbound calls that are sent to us from a single IP address. This new feature allows customers to send us a 4 to 6 digit numerical code that will relate their outbound calls to a corresponding endpoint group. It makes things a lot easier if you have multiple clients/end-users, and the customer is sending us traffic from one IP address. And we thank our Technical Support Representative, Tim Klein, for writing this helpful article!

DID Wizard

Have you checked out the DID Wizard? With a cleaner interface, it offers a streamlined process when ordering DIDs in multiple rate centers or tiers. It also features a faster checkout and automated ordering for your account which can be completed in just five steps. DIDs can now be configured in a systematic manner enabling features such as Caller ID, 411, E911, conference lines, fax-to-email, and more. The new Personal DID Inventory enables customers to purchase DIDs and store them as inactive until ready for use, and also includes an auto-fill feature ensuring that your personal DID storage is never depleted.
