Welcome to another fine Friday here at VoIP Innovations! With the passing of each week, we see how fast summer is about to be behind us. The interns have returned to school, our summer picnic has now since passed, there was even talk in the office today about Halloween costumes! And before you know it, the ITEXPO West will be happening (which we're completely excited about!). But let's slow our roll, rewind, and stick with recapping the week. Here's Chat with Nat: Picnic, Partners + Push Play.
In Case You Missed It
This week brought you our final two posts from our super summer interns. On Monday we published Cody’s last blog, titled “Top 10 Add-Ons for Your VoIP DIDs” in which he lists popular add-on features and tells you all about them. Yesterday, we released Aleah’s final video post, “What’s the Difference Between Inbound CNAM and Outbound CNAM” where she showed you how CNAM (Caller ID) is different depending on whether you’re making or receiving a call.
Good news! We're excited to announce that we have recently launched a Partnership Program. The purpose of this program is to facilitate stronger relationships between VoIP Innovations, our customers, and the switch vendors they use. We will continue to add partners in the upcoming months and are always looking for ways to help the companies that provide the switching infrastructure for our customer base.
Currently, we are in the process of creating detailed Wiki pages that walk customers through switch setup as it relates to connecting to our service. Our hope is that we can drive additional business to our partners and in turn grow this segment of our customer base through streamlining setup and interoperability.
We Are Hiring!
We are still searching for two new Account Managers for our Tempe, Arizona office. If you think you are enthusiastic and motivated, and would make a terrific Account Manager, or know someone who would, check out this ad!
One Week to Get Tough
Those of us who will be participating as a group in the Pittsburgh Tough Mudder in just one week are still in training mode. Here we have our Operations Manager Randy Stegner performing Russian Twists for a minute. Go, Randy, go!
This past Saturday was the ABG Capital Company Picnic. It was an absolutely gorgeous day at Sandcastle and the Riverplex in Pittsburgh. We had a fun time in the water, playing, eating, relaxing, and most of all enjoyed gathering together with our coworkers, friends, and family!
