Hello and welcome to the last Chat with Nat of the month! Around the office, we’ve been putting the final details on our brand new promotion. This coming Monday we will release all kinds of information about it. Here’s a hint: Get your quarters ready! For now, let’s get to our weekly recap; here’s Chat with Nat: Posts, Portal & People.

In Case You Missed It

VoIP_Bottlenecks-1.jpgWe began the week with Three Easy Steps for Avoiding VoIP Bottlenecks, and in it discussed what bottlenecking is and gave you a couple suggestions on how to eliminate them.

In our second post of the week, Wireshark: A VoIP Business Essential, we talked about how Wireshark is emerging as a renowned network-analyzing tool trusted among leading network professionals, security experts, and developers. If you happened to have missed either post, be sure to check them out today.

End User Portal

We’re going to mention our Brandable End User Portal one more time, as next week we'll be chatting all about our new promotion! So, have you investigated the details about it yet? If not, the time to empower your end users to have more authority over their VoIP services is now. You'll save time and still maintain control by assigning editing rights. Want to know more? Take a look at our VoIP Innovations University YouTube video all about it:

Last Call for Hosted Billing Walkthroughs!

Thursday, August 4th, will be the final day that we are accepting signups for both public and private Hosted Billing Walkthroughs. These sessions will be replaced by a brand new User Guide, updated YouTube videos, and a feature that we will be unveiling in the near future. Stay tuned for more information!

People on the Move

Congratulations to our newest Provisioning Representative, Nick Langley! He was listed in the Pittsburgh Business Times as one of the People on the Move this week.

She Said Yes, Part 2

Last week, we told you that our Lead Systems Engineer Tim Linn proposed one very important question to his girlfriend Jessi after a breathtaking skydiving trip together and landing safely on the ground. Well, here's the video! It includes the skydiving as well as the proposal. So if you're at all squeamish about heights, consider yourself warned!
