Hal Borland once said, “No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn.” So with that, we’ll say hello everyone and welcome to the first day of spring! Though we still have snow in these parts, we’re ready to spring forward and look ahead to warmer, brighter days! How about you?! Without any further seasonal talk, let’s mosey into this week’s Chat with Nat: Ringing in spring!
In Case You Missed It
We published a beneficial post last Tuesday about the Top Benefits of VoIP for Small Business. If you’re already using VoIP, you know how much it can help your business. If not, check out this post right now and discover at least six reasons why you should be. And just yesterday, we had another informative review based on research from Software Advice, titled What is the Ideal Phone Setup for Your VoIP System? If you’re not sure which is better for your business, hard phones or soft phones, give this post a read!
As we mentioned last week, we’ve been hard at work optimizing the BackOffice for you. The response times have increased and this performance is only the tip of the iceberg. We’ll be implementing more updates and it’s only going to get better!
Sometimes we get the question, “I want to port my numbers, but how long will it take?” The average time it takes for project number porting is 30 days and our average time is an excellent 11 days for standard porting! BOOM. Like spring lightening and it’s only getting more efficient.
Speaking of porting, we want to remind you again that for the next 30 days, we’re offering project number porting as low as FREE. If you have 50 or more numbers, you’re eligible! This offer is winding down like a March Madness shot clock so take that shot while you still can!
Win-win for Tim Linn
We believe in making sure we have the most educated associates because not only are smart people good for business but also because that means you get the top of line assistance when you need it and our products exceed your expectations! Our Lead Engineer, Tim Linn, has been undergoing high-level technical and procedural training based off of both proprietary in-house systems and standard industry practices. Continuing education is always a win-win!
Just to let you know, we updated our system to GMT. If you have no idea what that is (like yours truly), it stands for Greenwich Mean Time. If you’re not on the east coast, this is highly beneficial to you. If you are and either didn’t know what it meant either and/or have no cares about it, carry on.
St. Patrick’s Day Potluck
Our parent company ABG Capital held its annual St. Patrick’s Day Potluck on Tuesday. There are some of us VoIP Innovations team members included in this picture wearing our very best green outfits (to avoid being pinched, of course)!
That will just about do it for this week! Enjoy your first day of this new season, sniff some flowers, plant a garden, or shovel more snow, and in the meantime we’ll chat with you next Friday!
