Hello, everyone and welcome to another edition of Chat with Nat! We're happy to have you back here for another week of recapping. We hope you've all had a better week than last week and that this extra dose of daylight is giving you sunny dispositions. Though we're looking back on the week, this weekend we'll be turning the time ahead on our clocks and looking forward. And, as St. Patrick's Day festivities are upon us as well, be safe out there--we want to see you back here next week in one piece! Now, it's time to bounce into this post. Here's Chat with Nat: Spring Ahead!

In Case You Missed It

Talking with Tapolci

Are you thinking about VoIP SMS Services? In this newest edition of Talking with Tapolci, 8 Questions When Choosing VoIP SMS Services, we listed 8 questions you should think about before you make a decision.

SMS Charges
Will you be adding SMS Services to the list of features your VoIP business offers? In case you missed it, take a look at our second post of the week and we'll give you some suggestions about how much to charge.

Special 65¢ E911 Promo

e911-5.jpgFor 20 more days, we are still offering a special promotion featuring 65¢ E911 services on newly registered DIDs! This time-limited promotion will end on March 31, 2016, but the 65¢ special pricing will remain throughout the life of the DID.

We can assist you with provisioning E911, setting up alerts, registering numbers, using E911 in the BackOffice, handling rogue E911 charges, and more! So make sure to take advantage of this offer before the time is up!

Toll-Free DIDs for a Quarter

20160223_tollFreeGraphic-2.jpgAlso for 20 more days, you can still purchase Toll-Free DIDs for 25¢ with no Porting or Activation fees! If you’ve been wanting to get numbers for your business, now is the time. But all good things must come to an end, so be sure to make your purchase before March 31, 2016, as the deal will be gone at the end of this month.

New in the BackOffice...

We have added a new part to our Invoice section in the BackOffice. When customers go to the Billing tab, then Invoices, next to the Invoice #, there's a link called "Statement Details." This will take the customer to a new page which will list all of their individual charges and payments that were used to summarize their invoice. Customers can export this information to a spreadsheet, where they can filter and assort items as they like.

How to Build an Industry Dominating Strategy
A third Ebook is currently in the works, but have you downloaded our second one yet? Well, don't wait any longer--here it is!
