Hello Chat with Natters and welcome to the (almost) weekend! We hope this post finds you well and that you had a productive and fruitful week. We're sailing right on through July, keeping busy, and working to make your business better. We’re also just about ready to debut another promotion, so be on the lookout for that announcement in a couple weeks. Let's cruise through this post; here's Chat with Nat: Tech Prefix Feature & End User Portal.
In Case You Missed It
This week, we delivered two posts to your in box, the first being Basic VoIP Issues: 9 Tips for DIDs that Aren’t Generating Traffic. A helpful troubleshooting post from our Technical Support Supervisor, Tom Cavey, it will assist you with turning non-working DIDs fully functional.
Configuration: The Key to VoIP Success was our second post of the week. In this post we explained the benefits of PBX/Switch Configurations and how they lead to an effective end user experience and overall VoIP success. In case you missed these posts, catch up on them today.
End User Portal
We’re still spreading the good word about our Brandable End User Portal. We’ve had it a little while now, but some of you may not be up to speed on how useful it could be for your business. Doesn’t empowering your end users to have more authority over their VoIP services sound fantastic? Think, major time saver for you, all the while still maintaining control by assigning editing rights. Here is more information about it:
ebook and Audiobook
Jason Tapolci, the President of VoIP Innovations, wrote a new eBook titled, “Scalable Execution: Tactics for a Killer Business Strategy." Surely you've heard us mention it by now! In it, you will discover how to successfully implement and manage your company’s strategy through execution planning. Go ahead and read it today, or this weekend, if you haven't yet.
Or if you prefer to listen to your books, you can do that too as the audio version of this eBook is now available!
Also, have you read the first two eBooks yet? Don't wait any longer; click the links below.
Tech Prefix Feature
Many VoIP Innovations' customers have multi-tenant systems that use a single IP address to send us outbound traffic. This creates a need to make separate endpoint groups in our BackOffice that correspond to different end users so that the traffic can be properly distinguished. The Tech Prefix Feature is an alternate way to send us outbound traffic from the same IP address in multiple endpoint groups when our Advanced Server Configuration does not meet your needs.
For more information, please read about the Tech Prefix in our VoIP Innovations' Wiki.
Partnership with 2600Hz
We’re excited to announce our expanded partnership with 2600Hz! 2600Hz customers that have a VoIP Innovations’ account will now be able to buy DIDs without leaving their switch. This collaboration will further empower 2600Hz customers and VoIP Innovations customers to have greater choice, automation, and control!
