Good morning! We hope the week treated you well. Around here, we checked some major items off our to-do list, planned for the future, and welcomed new faces to the office. So let’s dig into our recap, here is your Chat with Nat: What a Site to See!

Fraud Detection

We’ve said it before and we’re saying it again. Fraud is everywhere. It’s rare to go one week or even a day without seeing it on the news or reading about it on the internet. Take a look at this linked article for instance. So why not protect your business? Sleep a little bit better at night knowing you have the best fraud detection service out there working to keep you safe. Yes, we’re talking about ours!

As a reminder, every VoIP Innovations’ customer is eligible for a free one month trial (up to 5,000 minutes worth of CDRs) of the service!! After your free trial, if you’re interested in keeping this service (and of course you will be once you try it!) you would simply sign up for one of our packages. The packages are based on minutes of CDRs running through the system and are as follows:

♦ Up to 50,000 Minutes at $50/month
♦ Up to 250,000 Minutes at $100/month
♦ Up to 500,000 Minutes at $150/month
Overage: $0.0005/minute (for example, if 51,000 minutes are used on the first package, the overage charge would be $.50)

Online Signups

New_VoIP_Innovations_Website_Sign_up-1Our online sign up feature is ready! This Monday, you will have the ability to sign up online for enterprise or wholesale accounts. Be sure to visit our newly redesigned site to check out this feature!

Online Demo

We recently spoke of another new feature that will be appearing on to our site soon. It's a free online demo that gives you an inside look at our industry leading wholesale VoIP BackOffice. We’re excited to announce that this feature will be ready for you this coming week as well! While you’re on our site this week, take a moment to play around with it!

Strategic Planning

We recently had our 2015 Mid-Year Strategic Planning Session. This was a time for us to see if we were still on course as far as company goals. You can expect to see some changes for the better in the latter half of 2015, as we will take this opportunity to reset accordingly.

Never Stop Learning

Josh_Aggas_.Net_Developer_VoIP_InnovationsOur Lead Website Developer Josh Aggas, the one hugely responsible for the fantastic creation of our new site, attended Programming in C#. This training course teaches developers the programming skills that are required for developers to create Windows applications using the C# language. Josh has spent the last five days in the classroom reviewing the basics of C# program structure, language syntax, and implementation details, and then consolidated his knowledge throughout the week as he built an application that incorporated several features of the .NET Framework 4.5. Sounds intense--I’ll just stick to writing this blog. But go Josh, go!

Aleah Tapolci

Aleah_TapolciJoining, our two current interns, we have added one more. Please join us in welcoming our newest intern in the ABG Capital Marketing Department, Aleah Tapolci!

Aleah is a rising sophomore at Gannon University, plays club and intramural soccer, loves to ski, and work out. Welcome Aleah--we're happy to have her join us!

Adam Scott

We have one more special someone to introduce to all of you today. Please join us in welcoming Director of Information Technology Adam Scott!

In his spare time, Adam enjoys working on cars, casino gaming, Star Wars & Star Trek. And he loves bacon, cheese, & chocolate--the trifecta of deliciousness. Welcome Adam--we're excited to have him here!

That concludes another weekly wrap up of the happenings here at VoIP Innovations. We'll see you back here next Friday. Make sure to click the orange button below so you don't miss any exciting news that will be coming your way this week!
