Happy Friday everyone, it's been a very busy week at VoIP Innovations! I just want want to give you a recap of all the things we've been working on. First, as you may have already seen in our last blog post, we’ve released enhanced features to our SIP Termination Services. The enhancements include additional transparency, reporting and management tools along with individual rate deck reporting and management. There was also the addition of LRN and rate query tools and failover management services.
This week we also published two articles on our Wiki. The first gives you step-by-step instructions on how to enable and disable CNam (Inbound Dips). The second article focuses on the LRN Lookup Tool. Both are full of information and screenshots that makes it easy to understand.
In addition to the enhanced SIP Termination and the new information on our Wiki, we brought on a new employee this week! His name is Tyler Weimerskirch and will be part of the VoIP Innovations Provisioning Team. You already had a chance to read about me and where I’ve come from in my last blog post, so here is a little more about Tyler.
Before he started with us, he worked for Consol Energy as an Imaging Processor. Prior to that, he was a Support/Tech Rep for Innovis. He received a BS in Sports Management from the University of California PA and is currently a coach for the Pittsburgh Passion, a Women’s Professional Football team. Tyler was recently married in October 2012 and lives in the area with his wife, Jessica, and their two year old dog, Hunter. In his spare time he loves to play video games and watch movies.
Looking into next week, VoIP Innovations will be attending the Channel Partners Conference in Las Vegas from February 27 to March 1. This conference will have companies in the IT and Telecom industries and it will give us a great opportunity to network and see what new and upcoming technologies are out there.
As we bring this article to a close, I wanted to share the Harlem Shake video we made yesterday in the office! It was tons of fun and we hope you enjoy it. I also wanted apologize for giving you the wrong email address in my last post and for not making you aware that our Follow button in the bottom right-hand corner isn't working correctly. My email is fixed and we're trying to resolve the Follow button issue. I'll be sure to let you know whent it is back up and running!
Again, if you have any comments, questions or concerns just reply to this post or email me at email@example.com. Have a great weekend!
