“No general can fight his battles alone. He must depend upon his lieutenants, and his success depends upon his ability to select the right man for the right place.” Philip Armour, the man who said this, was the founder of Armour & Company during the industrial revolution who founded a meatpacking plant. He figured out the right formula that would skyrocket his business and he couldn’t have done it without the help of his staff
At VoIP Innovations we have a similar mindset: One person can have a very difficult time running a business, while a team can function like a well-oiled machine that creates the best product in their market. There are many different parts to our organization and we need to have the “right people in the right seats” (as said by Jim Collins) to make sure each part is done as effectively and efficiency as it can be. If we didn’t employ the right people at VoIP Innovations, we probably wouldn’t have the impressive BackOffice that we know today! Sure a lot of the ideas for our BackOffice have come from customers, but if we didn’t have the people who know how to deliver what the customer wants while still holding on to the essence of VoIP Innovations, who knows where we’d be.
With that being said, let’s do our weekly recap on what our team accomplished this week. As you know, we’re heading to ITEXPO in August to showcase our wholesale BackOffice, Titanium III, and our Titanium Private Label (TPL) BackOffice. Since the beginning of the year there’s been many new features and functionalities that we’ve added to Titanium III, so I created a timeline that shows you the most important things we’ve released. And don’t worry, I didn’t forget about TPL! That BackOffice has had a huge facelift over the past few months and you can expect to see a TPL timeline article posted next week.
This week we also had another great Guest Post from freelance writer, Liz Nelson. She outlined some great ways that VoIP can save your business money. Some things her list included were cheap hardware, compatibility and even BYOD (Bring your own device). You can read your article here! If anyone is interested in writing a guest blog one Wholesale or Private Label VoIP, please send me an email at email@example.com
Before I close out my Chat with Nat for the week I have some exciting news about another awesome feature we’re adding to our BackOffice early next week. Titanium III already has My DID Groups, My Endpoint Groups and My E911 groups; The newest feature, My Clients, is going to aggregate each of those into one, easy to navigate section with fantastic dashboards and metrics. Next week you’ll see a blog post, video and Wiki that walks you through how to set it up and shows you all the cool things you can do with it.
As always, thanks for reading and enjoy the first day of summer!
