Happy Fourth of July from VoIP Innovations! We hope everyone had a fantastic day yesterday. Before we get down to business, I need to recognize Geno Zuccaro. Geno is a Level 1 Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician who was just named the June Employee of the Month. He received a fantastic recommendation from Randy Stegner and here’s just a piece of what Randy had to say about him. “I am voting for Geno for Employee of the Month due to his continual improvement in his day-to-day duties and his dedication to the company. I have liked Geno since his interview, but he continues to impress me in his work ethic every day.” Congratulations Geno, keep up the great work!
I next want to mention an article written by TMC that was published on our Wholesale VoIP Channel. The author, Rory Lidstone, focused this article around Local Number Portability and how it’s a huge part of the VoIP Industry. Please click here to read the article!
It may have been a short week for us, but we still posted some great articles on our blog. The first was a Guest Post from Tony Campbell who is a Managing Partner at WhichVoIP.com. His article, The Challenges of Business VoIP Comparison and Pricing Evaluation, offers tips on how to sift through the endless amount information there is about VoIP when trying to decide if it’s right for your business.
Next we posted an article on our Titanium Private Label (TPL) BackOffice because it’s one of the two products we’re showcasing at ITEXPO. This article shows a timeline of features we’ve added to our TPL BackOffice since the beginning of the year. The timeline includes any updates we’ve made to the look and feel of the BackOffice along with tons of new features we’ve added for our customers.
Next week we have even more exciting articles planned for our blog. The first will be a white paper on E911 and the importance of having E911 registered numbers. We also plan on releasing more new features including our Customized Rate Decks and TPL 2.5. Keep an eye out for these exciting stories next week and have a great weekend!
