Welcome back to your VoIP Innovations Chat with Nat! There are just a few things to update you on and then it’s time for the weekend.
I first need to mention the new features we added to our Shopping Cart this week. If you were used to the unorganized and archaic look that once was, you will be shocked at how refreshed everything looks now. It also functions much better than our old shopping cart. We’ve cleaned things up, added more useful information and gave our customers an overall better experience when using the Shopping Cart. To learn all about the new features, check out this great blog post that goes more in-depth.
I also need to mention that we are now accepting international credit cards. Before we decided to make this change, we could only accept money wires or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments from customers with international addresses. This is going to save our international customers a great deal of time and hassle when paying their VoIP Innovations bills.
My next order of business is the ITEXPO that we’re attending in Las Vegas on August 27-29. As I’ve mentioned in earlier blog posts about this, ITEXPO is where you need to be if you’re in the telecommunications industry. This is the tradeshow where the best of the best showcase their pride-and-joy products. We’ll be showcasing our VoIP Innovations Wholesale VoIP BackOffice, Titanium III, Titanium Private Label BackOffice and our brand new Customized Rate Deck feature that will be available in our Wholesale VoIP BackOffice. It was designed to give our customers complete control over the carriers who terminate their calls. The kind of control that we plan to offer our customers is not something that is typically offered by Termination providers. Customers will essentially be able to make up and manage their rate decks from one, organized spot in their BackOffice. More details on our Customized Rate Decks will be coming next week.
The last bit of information I have for you this week is about the Guest Post we have coming up on Packet Delay in VoIP. This was written by Matt Larson, who is a repeat VoIP Innovations blogger. His first article on our blog was, Why is VoIP Quality Testing Necessary. Check back on our blog and social media sites for the link to his latest Guest Post!
