“People are definitely a company’s greatest asset. It doesn’t make any difference whether the product is cars or cosmetics. A company is only as good as the people it keeps.” at VoIP Innovations we couldn’t agree more! This is a quote from Mary Kay Ash, the founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics, who figured out the secret behind growing a successful business: Employing the right people. This is something we constantly preach, and we’re not the only ones who think it!

I do have a point to all this rambling, don’t worry. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hearing from various customers, managers and even the President of VoIP Innovations himself, about how awesome our people are. Without them, VoIP Innovations wouldn't be the flourishing company that it is today. I really want to give a huge shout out to every member of the VoIP Innovations team, because they are all truly amazing! Instead of sharing a list of names, I thought it’d be best to include this picture that captures everyone perfectly.

The VoIP Innovations Team

This week on our blog, we featured a guest post from our friends at Media Shower. Kimberly Laws, the author, knows just how hard it is to stay current in today’s technological world. VoIP and the Telecommunications Industry is constantly changing and it’s easy to fall behind on what’s current. She put together a list of VoIP and Telecommunications training courses and online resources that can be beneficial to new comers or seasoned VoIP veterans.

Next week we’ll have a post that concentrates on setting up a Customer Service Center. Providing excellent customer service doesn't have to be a hassle for any company. There are ways to set up these centers on time AND on budget.

Some of you might remember me mentioning the End User Portal that we’ve been developing over the past few weeks. We decided to hold off releasing it since we experienced the unexpected issues with our BackOffice at the beginning of March. Now that everything is getting back to normal, we’re making some final touches and then it’ll be ready to go. Stay tuned for more details next week!

Speaking of our BackOffice, I’m happy to announce that we have officially restored our widget dashboards! This means that our customers will once again have the ability to display only the information that is important to their business.

Thanks for reading and enjoy all of your St. Patrick's Day shenanigans!
