Today we have officially launched the latest software update to our Titanium Private Label VoIP (TPL) platform. This platform offers our customers a complete turnkey solution for operating their own VoIP business and this is the kind of stuff that brings us to the next level. We've kept our customers (the VoIP resellers) in mind throughout our entire updated process. They now have an updated billing module, easier site navigation, additional reporting tools and a more robust Hosted PBX offering. Our resellers will also have the ability to provide Toll-free services to their end users. We had one goal when designing this new platform and that was to provide our resellers a more efficient way to run their business. Let's start by talking about the new billing module in the Private Pabel VoIP accounts. We've include a variety of adjustments; more options to collect and apply any form of payment, the ability to un-apply and void payments and freedom to add or change end user package prices.
Now let's talk a little about the reporting tools our customers now have at their fingertips. Revenue and cost are huge factors for any business owner and that's exactly why we targeted them as part of this update. We've improved the reports that are generated for revenue and cost and now customers can see an instant display of critical key performance indicators (KPI's) that are necessary to operate any successful VoIP business.
Our next attack on the old TPL platform was on the user interface (UI). Before this update, the TPL VoIP platform was clunky and difficult to navigate through. By re-organizing the menu bar and drop-down tabs, we've completely enhanced our customers TPL experience. “The site looks more organized and is functionally more stream lined,” said Jason Tapolci, President of VoIP Innovations.
A large part of our new private label VoIP update was the slew of Hosted PBX services that we added. We gave the end user interface a re-organizational face-lift that provide a more efficient end user experience. We also enhanced the PBX time frames and time based routing features. These two scheduling features provide end users with additional configuration flexibility.
Sounds were another big part to this update and end users got the ability to upload and record sounds, but the largest improvement was seen in our auto attendant services. The auto attendant received a complete re-engineering which made it more intuitive and easy to configure. “The auto attendant was always intuitive for a technical person but it needed to be intuitive for everyone,” said Joe Aponick, Engineer at VoIP Innovations.
