Last week the VoIP Innovations team joined thousands of enterprise communications leaders at Enterprise Connect in Orlando. As exhibitors and sponsors of the TADHack-mini Hackathon, we demonstrated the newly launched VI Showroom, the first CPaaS marketplace for the channel. We were excited about the considerable interest in the VI Showroom at the booth and we had the opportunity to introduce it to a number of leading analysts.
If you haven’t attended before, or recently, Enterprise Connect has grown to be one of the most significant events for the industry. Check out Zeus Kerravala's summary of six trends of the show and Beth Shultz’s article on the role of APIs in the ever-evolving world of enterprise communications.
EC19 was a bigger "show" than ever. There were carefully choreographed keynotes showing off the latest UC wonders (alongside an occasional puff of theatrical smoke on stage for extra drama.) And sparks flew on panel discussions ranging from the real definition of “AI”, to the merits of the “build your own with developer APIs" vs. "monolithic purpose-built software application" approaches for contact centers. (Conclusion: not a strict dichotomy.) On that note, we are very excited about the launch at EC19 of VI’s newest partner
Enterprise Communications is an enormous and varied market. And solutions are never one size fits all, which is why APIs are so relevant. Customization is key.
For developers, the VI Showroom offers CPaaS capabilities (Apidaze), for voice, messaging and WebRTC Video, with built-in distribution to over 2000 service providers, channel partners, and enterprises.
For resellers, the VI Showroom offers the ability to market ready-to-deploy solutions and applications while having the flexibility to tailor as needed using Apidaze CPaaS.
Today, with the VI Showroom it is possible for you to offer a continually expanding range of innovative and customizable solutions, all under your own brand.
