Our new Tax Exemption tool allows you to select the state(s) you wish to file in instead of receiving a zip file full of forms. Current customers can get to this tool right in their BackOffice account by going to Billing > Tax Exemptions. On this page, select Federal Tax Exemption, if you need it, choose your state(s), and then generate your forms.
Once you get those forms, fill them out, and resubmit them. It's a straightforward process that's designed to make tax exemptions a little less of a headache for you.
